Availability

The invitation feature is part of the update submitted for review. Production registration opens after Apple approves the monthly Plus subscription and free offer codes are ready. The app displays the current registration status. TestFlight and review tests use a separate Sandbox program.

Who can join

Participation is optional. Use the iOS app obtained from the App Store. You can accept one invitation within 7 days of the original app download on your Apple Account, not 7 days after a reinstall. Existing users can invite friends. The pilot accepts the first 30 pairs. Each participant can invite up to 3 friends.

Your shared rewards

When the invited friend accepts the code and records a current-day habit online, both participants receive matching cushions. If the invited friend records on 3 different days within 14 days after accepting, both become eligible for a one-month Plus offer. The days do not need to be consecutive. The time zone offset at registration is used to count days; old records and changing the device clock do not add extra days.

One month of Plus, with no automatic renewal

Claim your reward in the invitation screen and redeem the Apple offer in the App Store. The free period starts when Apple activates the offer. It does not automatically renew or charge you. Each person can claim one Plus reward. The offer is for new or expired Plus subscribers and is subject to Apple’s final eligibility check. It is available in Japan, the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Extra cats and furnished sets are separate purchases and are not included.

Already using Plus?

Current monthly, annual and lifetime Plus members receive a special thank-you star decoration instead. We do not extend, cancel or change the price of an existing paid plan. When a second and third invited friend complete the 3-day challenge, the inviter also receives friendship sprouts and a lighthouse respectively.

Links and codes

Share only with friends who welcome an invitation. We do not access your contacts or send messages automatically. Keep the 8-character invitation code before downloading the app, then enter it in Settings → Invite a friend. An installation may not retain the original link; the code is the fallback. An accepted invitation cannot be changed.

Fair use and closure

Self-invitations, invitation loops, repeated claims with the same participant or device, and automated or fraudulent activity are ineligible. We can pause new registration when the pilot fills or an issue occurs. Rewards already earned will be honored. A submitted record is not proof of real-world activity, and the app does not make that claim.

Your information

Only after consent, we verify Apple-signed app information and a device verification identifier. We store keyed hashes, invitation relationships, the signup time zone offset, activity days and reward allocation information on Cloudflare. We never send habit text, contacts, friends’ names or cat nicknames. Delete participation in the invitation screen. Minimal pseudonymous participation and reward facts remain during the program to prevent repeat claims. Your regular local records and Apple purchases are separate.
