About the app

Cat Habit lets you record small tidying tasks and habits while enjoying a cat's room. It does not guarantee continued tidying, habit formation or health benefits.

Free features and optional purchases

The basic cat and room, habit tracking and furniture earned with fish are free. From version 1.3, the basic widget and photo sharing are also free. Extra cats, rooms and furnished sets are optional one-time purchases. Check the included content and price in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation screen.

Cat Habit Plus

Plus is an optional purchase available from version 1.3. It adds four widget and photo frame colors, up to six saved room layouts, and monthly and yearly records. From version 1.3.1, saved rooms can be switched in the medium widget on iOS 17 or later. Monthly, annual and lifetime plans include the same Plus features. Extra cats and furnished sets are not included. Lifetime access requires one payment with no recurring charges. Available plans and prices are shown in the app and Apple's confirmation screen. The terms for basic features and previously purchased items remain unchanged.

Monthly and annual subscriptions

Available from version 1.3.1 once sales begin. Monthly plans are billed for one month and annual plans for one year, paid upfront. Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation, and subscriptions renew for the same period unless canceled. To stop renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Plus remains available until the end of the paid period. After access expires, habit records and purchased cats and rooms remain. Saved room layouts and display preferences are retained, but using Plus-only features requires an active plan.

Fish and restoring purchases

Fish are points earned within the app. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between users. Each tidying task earns a reward once a day. Cat, room, set and Plus purchases can be restored with the same Apple Account. A separate backup file is needed to transfer habit records, furniture earned with fish and furniture placement.

Refunds and data

Follow Apple's process to request a refund for purchases. You are responsible for backups and files saved outside the app. We will provide necessary notices if app updates change the service.

Invitation rewards

A pilot for the first 30 pairs. Accept one invitation within 7 days of your first download and invite up to 3 friends. The first recorded habit earns both participants furniture; recording on 3 different days within 14 days earns each a one-month free Plus offer. Consecutive days are not required. Only current-day records received online count. Each person earns the Plus reward once; current Plus members receive alternative furniture. Apple offers do not automatically renew. Existing subscriptions are not extended, canceled or repriced. Self-invitations and repeated claims are ineligible. The app displays whether registration is open.
